The heart of SolDial: the real-time engine that watches your system and fires your automations, plus the database behind it. If this is down, rules may fire late or not at all until it recovers — your Tesla equipment itself is unaffected and keeps operating normally.

Tesla's own cloud API, which SolDial depends on for live data and commands. When Tesla has an outage, automations and live updates pause until Tesla recovers — this is on Tesla's side, not SolDial's, and no settings are lost.

Our marketing site, documentation, and this status page's home. An outage here never affects the app or your automations.
